    A detailed run sheet of the day, so everyone knows exactly what’s happening and when—ensuring a smooth ceremony

    Things to Know:

    The couple gets legally married before or after the ceremony date

    The “They Do” celebrant does not attend the ceremony

  • They Do - The Perfect Day

    Package Cost: $1,090.00

    Inclusions:

    All the inclusions of the Lite, plus:

    An optional rehearsal is conducted by the celebrant to ensure everyone is well-prepared for the big day

    Things to know:

    The couple gets legally married on the ceremony day

    The “They Do” celebrant attends the ceremony, offering any additional assistance needed on the day

How to Get Started:

  • Step One

    Initial Consultation

    We start with a relaxed, 15-minute chat. This is our chance to get to know each other and see how we can make the big day truly special.

    We encourage you to involve everyone for the initial call (i.e.the couple and the MC), but you can choose to have the call on your own. Either way, don't worry, we will bring everyone together and walk through the plan during the process!

  • Step Two

    Select a Service Offering

    Pick from one of our prepared packages or customise it to your liking. This will determine whether we’ll be handling the legal bits on the wedding day or marrying them beforehand. Whatever the choice, we’ll work together to make sure the MC is confident and ready to shine!

    Once everyone is ready to move forward, we’ll send over a simple client service agreement to make things official.

  • Step Three

    Crafting the Ceremony,

    Next, we’ll have a group meeting with couple and MC. We’ll dive into the details, have a chat about the couple’s story, and ensure we have everything we need to create an amazing ceremony. I’ll help craft a personalised script that captures the couple’s journey beautifully. The MC also get a detailed runsheet for the day, so you’ll feel confident knowing exactly what to say and when. And while you’re focused on the ceremony, I’ll take care of all the legal paperwork—so there’s nothing to stress about.

    Plus, I’m here to assist with anything else might need—from tips on writing vows to answering any questions about the legal paperwork.

  • Step Four

    The Big Day!

    The day is finally here, and it’s all about celebrating! Someone you know and love will lead the ceremony, tell the couple’s story, guide them through their vows, hear them say "I Do", help them exchange the rings, introduce them as husband and wife, and make the whole experience truly special and memorable.

    We’ll be in the background, making sure all the legalities are sorted, so you can focus on making the moment as heartfelt and genuine as it should be.
